For more than 25 years, I’ve helped organizations improve operations by building efficient processes, developing strong teams, and implementing systems that support long-term success.
Throughout my career, I’ve led operations across Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and day-to-day business management. I also spent more than 20 years as a law firm administrator, where I learned firsthand that successful organizations are built on strong leadership, clear processes, and accountability.
I hold an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems, combining strategic business knowledge with more than 25 years of hands-on operational leadership.
Through Clear Focus Fractional Ops, I bring that experience directly to business owners and leadership teams by helping them identify what is getting in the way, establish clear priorities, and put practical improvements into action.
